Hardscape Crew Lead
Location: Clayton, NC (projects across the Raleigh market)
Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living builds premium outdoor living spaces across the Raleigh market, including patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens, drainage solutions, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a crew on residential hardscape/outdoor living installs
- Read plans, set production pace, and keep quality tight
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily jobsite readiness
- Train helpers/installers and enforce safety + clean standards
- Communicate progress/issues to management with solutions
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 or more years of hardscape experience (pavers/retaining walls/drainage)
- Proven leadership: You organize people and keep jobs moving
- Valid driver's license + clean record (driving is part of the role)
- High standards, no cut corners
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $23 to $32/hr (based on experience and leadership capability)
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5 the hourly rate per applicable wage laws
- Benefits: Paid time off (PTO); additional benefits may be available based on tenure or position. Company-paid training provided.
