Location: Clayton, NC (projects across the Raleigh market)

Key Responsibilities

Lead a crew on residential hardscape/outdoor living installs
Read plans, set production pace, and keep quality tight
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily jobsite readiness
Train helpers/installers and enforce safety + clean standards
Communicate progress/issues to management with solutions

Qualifications

3 to 5 or more years of hardscape experience (pavers/retaining walls/drainage)
Proven leadership: You organize people and keep jobs moving
Valid driver's license + clean record (driving is part of the role)
High standards, no cut corners

Pay & Benefits

Full-time, W-2 Employment
Pay: $23 to $32/hr (based on experience and leadership capability)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5 the hourly rate per applicable wage laws
Benefits: Paid time off (PTO); additional benefits may be available based on tenure or position. Company-paid training provided.
