Hardscape Crew Helper - Entry-Level
Location: Clayton, NC (field-based; serving the Clayton, Garner, and Smithfield area)
Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living builds premium outdoor living spaces across the Raleigh market, including patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens, drainage solutions, and more. Who Fits
This is physically demanding work. If you want an outdoor, hands-on role and you're reliable, coachable, and willing to learn, you'll do well here.
Key Responsibilities
- Move materials, prep sites, support installs, and keep the job moving
- Learn tools, safety, and the fundamentals of pavers/hardscape construction
- Keep the site clean, organized, and professional for homeowners
Qualifications (Preferred - Not Required)
- Any construction, landscaping, concrete, masonry, or outdoor labor background
- Valid driver's license
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $12 to $18/hr (based on experience, reliability, and attitude)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (some weekends/overtime as needed)
- Benefits: Paid time off (PTO); additional benefits may be available based on tenure or position. Company-paid training provided.
- Growth: Training on tools, materials, and installation fundamentals with a path to Hardscape Installer as skills develop
