Junior Sales Rep (Outdoor Living)

Location: Raleigh, NC (field-based within the Raleigh metro area)

Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living builds premium outdoor living spaces across the Raleigh market, including patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens, drainage solutions, and more. We're growing and putting stronger systems in place so good people can do great work with clear standards, clean jobsites, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Run scheduled appointments with homeowners and guide discovery conversations
• Gather site + client details and support proposal development (with training)
• Present options clearly and help clients make confident decisions
• Coordinate handoff to operations/production so jobs launch cleanly
• Learn our process and improve conversion through coaching + reps

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in construction/landscaping, or a strong desire to learn this space
• Coachable, numbers-comfortable, and able to move quickly in conversations
• Valid driver's license and comfort traveling locally to appointments
• Professional communication and follow-through
• Estimating exposure (even "junior" level )(Nice to have).

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Base Pay: $50,000/year
• Commission: performance-based commissions
• On-Target Earnings: $95,000-$110,000+ (strong performers)
• Growth: Structured training, clear expectations, and a path to increase earnings as you master our consultative sales process
• Benefits: Paid time off (PTO); additional benefits may be available based on tenure or position. Company-paid training provided.
